变形能力 ,纠正心肌缺血时血管活性物质释放的失衡等。本研

    究结果显示 ,胸痹通胶囊组方中 ,太子参、半夏、瓜蒌、石菖蒲均

    有降血脂作用;瓜蒌、半夏还有抗脂质过氧化和提高抗氧化酶活

    性的作用;丹参可增加冠状动脉血流量、抑制血小板聚集、降低

    血黏度[ 4 ]。这些作用可能都参与了保护 NO系统。推测该药可

    能通过减少氧自由基生成、改善血液流变状态、降低血脂、减少

    NO的失活而生效。提示保护血管内皮的 NO 系统 ,可能是该

    药改善心肌血液供应、发挥心肌保护作用的机制之一。

    Experimental Study of Pharmacodynamic Effect s of Rhizoma

    Abstract :Objective To investigate the effect s of lowering blood pressure of rhizoma gas2

    t rodiae and ramulus uncariae cum uncis. Methods Rat renal hypertension model was

    established by ligation of the lef t renal artery. The aqueous ext ract s of the Chinese t radi2

    tional herbs were orally given to rat s to study effect s of reducing blood pressure. Results

    Single and mixed aqueous ext ract s of rhizoma gast rodiae and ramulus uncariae cum uncis

    were effective against hypertension , But the blood pressure increased back when the gavage

    was stopped. The mixture was the best for it s steady and valid antihyper - tension. Con2

    clusion The mixture of aqueous ext ract s of rhizoma gast rodiae and ramulus uncariae cum

    uncis has evident effect of lowering blood pressure , But the effect only continued a shorter

    time.
